Ingredients

Crust

  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 3 Tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 6 Tablespoons butter melted

Topping

  • 1 cup flaked coconut I used unsweetened
  • 2 cups milk chocolate morsels
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 can 14 ounce sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9×13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Combine almond flour, sugar and butter in a small mixing bowl and stir to combine all ingredients until moistened. Press mixture evenly into baking dish.

  2. Layer evenly with coconut, chocolate morsels and sweetened condensed milk and place in preheated oven.

  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until sides of bars are lightly browned.

Carefully remove pan from oven and allow to cool on cooling rack. Cut into squares or your favorite shapes and serve. Store in closed container at room temperature no longer than 5 days (if they even last that long). Enjoy!
