Pomegranate Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies

Make these wonderful ACV Pomegranate gummies with only four ingredients: 100% apple juice, 100% pomegranate juice, apple cider vinegar with the mother and gelatin powder for thickening.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup apple juice with no added sugar
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar with the mother
  • 1 ounce Knox gelatin unflavored (that is 1 box which contains 4 individual packets)

Instructions

  1. Mix Ingredients

    Place pomegranate juice in a small sauce pan and heat up on stove just prior to boiling. Remove from heat and add apple juice, unflavored gelatin and apple cider vinegar and stir until gelatin has dissolved.

  2. Pour and Chill

    Pour mixture into silicone molds or a 9×13 pan and refrigerate until set (at least 2-hours if not overnight when using molds).

  3. Remove from molds and cut

    Once the gummies have set up gently release them one by one from the silicone mold and or cut gummies into bite size pieces. Place gummies in a tight fitting container and store in the refrigerator. If left at room temperature they may just melt. I believe it is safe to eat up to 4 gummies per day any more than that please check with your physician
