Whipped Ricotta Dip with Hot Honey
Now, here's a super easy appetizer recipe that will surprise you! Ricotta cheese whipped into a dip and drizzled with spicy hot honey.

Ingredients
- 15 ounces Ricotta cheese whole milk
- 1 Tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Hot Honey (see Jett’s Hot Honey recipe here or buy Hot Honey on-line here)
- Don't forget the Italian appetizer bread known as crostini’s or fresh veggies
Instructions

Whip or Blend
In a food processor whip ricotta with olive oil, salt and pepper and whip for about 3 minutes or until all ingredients are combined.

Plate
Then using a spatula put the whipped ricotta onto a serving plate and smooth out.

Now place the final touches by drizzling ricotta with spicy hot honey and serve with toasted crostini's. You can easily make Jett's Kitchen Hot Honey or if you don't have time to make hot honey be sure to look in your grocer or you can get Hot Honey on-line here.
Serve with crostini's, pita chips or fresh veggies.
