Calling all avocado lovers! It's time to take the avocado to a different level with this Avocado Semifreddo Italian dessert made with caramelized pistachios.
In a non-stick skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
Spray loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray on all sides. Line pan with plastic wrap leaving about a 3" overhang or so on all sides. I also sprinkle a few pistachios on the bottom like so.
Fold in avocado puree and nuts into the whipped cream.
