The perfect meal to fix during the week is this delicious beef stroganoff. It's easy to make and generally takes less than 45 minutes.
Using a chef knife chop steak into bite size pieces.
Add mushrooms, onion soup mix, and 1 cup of beef stock to the steak and simmer over medium heat for about 15 - 20 minutes.
In a medium bowl add sour cream, cream cheese and heavy whipping cream. Whisk to combine. Add to meat mixture and stir together. Continue cooking for about 5-7 minutes. If mixture looks too thick add the other cup of broth.
Dinner is ready! Serve noodles in a bowl or plate and top with stroganoff sauce or combine noodles with stroganoff sauce and serve. Either way you serve this dish it will be wonderful and satisfying.
