Dalgona coffee is actually a whipped coffee beverage. It's ingredients include instant coffee granules, confectioners sugar, hot water and milk of choice.
In a mixing bowl add coffee granules, sugar and hot water.
Using the whisk attachment on the mixer beat mixture starting out slow and move on up to medium speed until liquid becomes light in color, thick and fluffy with medium stiff peaks (about 3-5 minutes).
I then use an Aeroccino to froth some cold milk or half and half making it warm.
Pour the warm milk into a coffee cup, add a couple spoons full of the whipped coffee, top with a spoonful of frothed milk and lightly sprinkle with cocoa using a tea infuser.
Or try the whipped coffee over a glass of ice and milk of choice.
Put the extra whipped coffee into a lidded container and place in refrigerator until ready to use.
