Ingredients

  • 1 Whole chicken
  • 12 cups Water
  • 3 large Carrots chopped
  • 3 stalks Celery chopped
  • 64 oz Chicken broth
  • 12 oz Extra Wide Egg Noodles
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 Tablespoon Chicken Flavored Soup Base

Instructions

  1. Rinse whole chicken under cold water and put into a deep stock pot.

  2. Add 12 cups of water to stock pot and boil for 30 minutes on high and then turn heat down and simmer for additional 30-45 minutes covered. 

  3. Chop carrots and celery and set aside.

  4. Carefully remove chicken from pot. Separate meat from bones and skin. Place meat back into stock pot. 

  5. Add chicken broth, carrots, celery and Chicken Flavored Soup Base. Simmer for 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
