Ingredients

  • 4 ounces Vermicelli noodles (you'll probably have to buy a larger package and divide it up)
  • 1 Tablespoon Korean BBQ Kalbi Marinade for Ribs by CJ (or extra to taste)
  • 2 Tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 green onion chopped
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Fill a large pot half full with tap water and bring to a rolling boil. Add vermicelli rice noodles and allow to boil for 2 minutes. Remove pot from heat and carefully pour noodles into a strainer over the sink.

  2. Put drained rice noodles back into the pan. Add remaining ingredients to noodles and toss to incorporate all flavors together. Cook for about 1 minute over medium heat stirring constantly. Serve and enjoy!
