Spice up your table with this Holiday Cranberry Sauce recipe.
Add Cranberries to a colander and rinse. Remove any berries that do not look fresh.
Place cloves, cinnamon sticks and allspice berries in a spice bag.
In a medium sauce pan add water, sugar, and spice bag and stir until syrup is clear. Bring to a boil.
Add cranberries and cook. Berries will begin popping. Cook for about 5 minutes.
Remove pan from heat. Discard spice bag. Use microplane to grate orange zest. Add to mixture and cool.
Refrigerate 1 to 3 days before serving.
