  • 3 cups panko bread crumbs
  • 4 eggs whisked

Instructions

Bang Bang Sauce

  1. Add all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk together until completely combined. That was simple don't you think!?

Cauliflower

  1. Rinse cauliflower head under cool water and pat dry with a paper towel. Cut cauliflower in half. Set one half aside.

  2. Cut cauliflower at base removing stalk. Begin making cuts at florets making bite sized pieces and set them aside. This half of the cauliflower will be served in the raw form.

  3. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  4. Working with the other half of the cauliflower head, prepare it in the same manner as above keeping it separate from the first batch. This half of the cauliflower will be used to make the baked version.
  5. Put eggs in a small bowl and whisk together.
  6. Add 1 cup panko bread crumbs to egg mixture.
  7. Place the other 2 cups of panko bread crumbs in a bowl.

  8. Take a piece of cauliflower by the base and dip in the egg mixture until fully coated except where you are holding it. Remove and slide over to the panko bowl.

  9. Holding the cauliflower over the panko bowl sprinkle crumbs onto the dipped cauliflower and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Repeat until all cauliflower is coated.
  10. Bake for 30 minutes or until coating is golden brown and crunchy.
  11. Enjoy!
