Serving Options

When I first began making Bang Bang sauce I served it in a bowl surrounded by a full plate of fresh cauliflower cut into bite-sized pieces. It was and still is the perfect finger food to take to any gathering.

When I’m in a hurry this is usually how I serve this appetizer.

Now, if I know I am going to be feeding a bunch of hungry people sometimes I will also prepare a separate plate of panko baked cauliflower.

Interestingly enough, they both disappear rather quick. So, if you are undecided on which one to make, either one or both will be a hit!

Bang Ban Cauliflower recipe

When serving the cauliflower I used to drizzle the Bang Bang sauce over the entire batch. You can serve it that way but I elected not to do that anymore. Instead I serve the sauce in a bowl with a spoon and place it next to the cauliflower so the guests can apply the sauce to their liking.

So, make one or the other or both and I bet you don’t have any to take back home. LOL. Now, onto the good stuff!
