What are cacao nibs

Cacao nibs are the raw, pure form of chocolate. They are actually the healthy alternative to chocolate. You see, cacao nibs do not contain sugar. They look like crushed coffee beans and have a chocolate bitter taste.

Cacao nibs are cacao beans that have been roasted, removed from their husks and broke into small pieces.  They are less processed making them the purest form of chocolate.
