Make Fresh Cold-Pressed Juice With the Proper Juicer

To Juice or Not To Juice:

Have you ever tried cold-pressed juice? I first experienced cold-pressed orange juice at a well-known organic grocer. It was fantastic! It was so refreshing I grabbed a large bottle until I looked at the price.  I just about fell over. Wow! That was one expensive bottle of orange juice. I gently put it back on the shelf like it was gold and reached for the individual serving.

Fresh cold-pressed store-bought juices can be a very expensive health choice. I definitely could not afford to stock up on store-bought cold-pressed juice on a weekly basis. So, I decided I would started doing some research on how I could make my own.

What Type of Juicer Should I Get?

I was not sure even where to start. I came across a few high-speed blenders. They were okay but not exactly what I was looking for.

High speed blenders and centrifugal juicers are very powerful that while they are processing the fruits and or vegetables they are producing heat which in turn is damaging to the nutrients from the juice being extracted.

To me, that defeats the whole purpose of juicing. Extracting juice from raw fruit and vegetables should give you the most healthful benefit without losing any nutrients. I chose the left side.
