If you like pineapples, whipped cream and nuts you will definitely love this creamy pineapple fluff recipe. And if you don’t like nuts then I guess you could leave them out but that is the only ingredient you can keep out.

Ingredients

This recipe calls for 1 (20 ounce) can of crushed pineapple drained. Yes, please be sure to drain as much juice as possible from the pineapple or the salad will not set up. Other ingredients include 1 can of Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk, 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (this is a must! Do not leave the lemon juice out!), 9 ounces of whipping cream and 1 cup chopped pecans (optional).

Instructions

1. Drain as much juice from pineapple and place pineapple in a large bowl.
2. Add Eagle Brand condensed milk and stir until combined.
3. Juice 1 large lemon using a reamer and add to pineapple mixture.
4. Gently fold in cool whip and add nuts.
5. Refrigerate for several hours and enjoy!
