Thank You Kraft!

This is the perfect recipe for eating with corn chips especially the scoops kind or with vegetables. This new revised easy recipe for Old Blue English Cheese Dip recipe is the bomb!

This is a “NEW RECIPE” because the old recipe not only called for Old English Spread made by Kraft but it also called for Roka Blue Cheese Spread.

I would like to take this time to thank Kraft for discontinuing their Registered Trademark “Roka” Blue Cheese Spread Brand! Thank you Kraft for forcing me to branch out my horizons and recreate this recipe that called for “Roka” Blue Cheese. I happily created my own recipe to replace your discontinued product that has made a huge improvement from the old recipe.

Honestly, in the beginning you could say I was kinda pissed because that cheese was discontinued. I even had that moment of, “What the hell! What am I going to do now?”. You know that kind of reaction you get when something so good gets the boot! Then it dawned on me (bing, light bulb reaction). LOL! I will make my own. And, that is just what I did!

Benefit of Buying Kraft Cheese in the Jar

I really like buying my cheese in these Kraft jars. What makes buying Kraft Old English Spread in the glass jar so special is that it not only makes this wonderful dip but it also makes a nice little drinking glass!

Nothing Homemade

Making this easy recipe corn chip cheese dip will take your corn chips or vegetables to the next level!

There is nothing about this recipe that is homemade. There are no instructions for making homemade cheese. The recipe is about buying the cheese and putting it all together making the most delicious corn chip cheese dip. That’s what makes this recipe so easy.

This cheese dip goes well with corn chips and you may even want to serve fresh vegetables with this recipe too. Or another recommendation is to fill the crevasse of a piece of celery for a healthy snack.

Old Blue English Cheese Dip

Old Blue English Ingredients

The ingredients for this recipe call for a 5 ounce jar of Kraft Old English Spread, 5 or 6 ounces Kraft Philadelphia Cream Cheese, 2 Tablespoons Kraft Blue Cheese Crumbles, 2 ounces of diced pimientos drained, 1 clove garlic minced and 2 green onions chopped. Oh yeah, and a bag of corn chips or vegetables of your choice.

Making Corn Chip Cheese Dip Instructions

Combine the Old English Spread, cream cheese, blue cheese crumbles and minced garlic together. I have found using a mini chopper food processor works well for mixing the cheeses together. Blend until well combined.

Add chopped onion and drained pimientos to the mixture and pulse just long enough to blend together. Remove from chopper and place in a serving bowl and enjoy!
