Make Gravy

In a saucier pan add milk, butter, white pepper, soup base and stir over medium heat to a low boil. Careful not too hot or you will scald the milk.

Stirring milk mixture constantly add 1/2 cup of thickener. Continue stirring bringing to a low boil. During this time the mixture will start getting thicker. If the mixture is still too thin slowly add a little bit more of the thickener. Continue stirring and bring to boil.

Note: If gravy is still to thin add more thickener. If gravy is too thick add a little milk.

Add beef to gravy mixture and stir for about 2 minutes to combine.
