This recipe calls for 1 (20 ounce) can of crushed pineapple drained. Yes, please be sure to drain as much juice as possible from the pineapple or the salad will not set up. Other ingredients include 1 can of Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk, 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (this is a must! Do not leave the lemon juice out!), 9 ounces of whipping cream and 1 cup chopped pecans (optional).
