Grapple Juice with Spinach & Celery

Benefits of Spinach Juice

Spinach is one of the vegetables that fall into the category of “dark leafy greens”. Incorporating spinach into your diet is important for skin, hair, bone and eye health.

According to Livestrong and amazingly so, 1 cup of fresh spinach juice has only 28 calories.

Why Add Celery To The Juice

I belong to a few juicing groups and juicing celery is a hot topic. Many juicer have a hard time drinking a full glass of juiced celery alone. So, I thought I would incorporate celery into this green juice.

Directions:

When making all my juices I use the HZ cold-press masticating juicer. If you are interested in juicing and want to know more about why I chose this juicer you can review my testimonial here.

The HZ juicer has a low-speed that mimics the motion of a hand squeezed juice. It keeps all the nutrients in tact leaving the juice in its most natural state! Making it healthier!

What I like most about using this HZ juicer is I don’t have to strain the juice. This juicer has a regular strainer and a fine strainer. I prefer to use the fine strainer.

Rinse all fruits and vegetables under cool water prior to cutting or slicing.

Cut apples into slices or use an apple slicer corer and discard core into a kitchen compost bin.

Cut celery into 6-8 inch lengths. You can even juice the leaves. Nothing goes to waste when juicing celery.

Place a few slices of apples into the juicer then alternating fruit and vegetables until all are juiced.
